Getting the most out of the platform
DigiCalc Learning is built around three things: quizzes for testing what you know, flashcards for committing facts to memory, and points, levels and streaks for keeping the habit going. Everything is free, nothing needs an account, and all of it runs in your browser.
Where to start
If you are not sure what to practise, start with a quick fire quiz. It mixes categories, so the questions you get wrong tell you where to focus, which is more reliable than guessing at your own weak spots. From there, category practice lets you work on one topic at a time, and the daily challenge gives you a reason to come back tomorrow.
Quizzes and flashcards do different jobs
A quiz tests whether you can apply something under a bit of pressure. A flashcard deck is for the facts underneath it, the formulas and definitions you need to recall without working them out. Decks use spaced repetition, which brings a card back just as you are about to forget it, so a short daily review is worth far more than a long one every fortnight.
Points, levels and streaks
Points come from correct answers, levels come from points, and each level needs more than the last. Your streak counts consecutive days with at least one answer, and it resets if you miss a day. None of it affects the questions you are given; it exists to make regular practice visible, since spacing sessions out is what actually improves recall.
If something is not working
Progress is saved in your browser, so the most common problem is a browser set to block or clear site data, which makes each visit look like a first visit. Private or incognito windows behave the same way by design. Switching device or browser will also start you fresh, because there is no account syncing your record between them.
